Ingredients

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Step 2
Soak your Napoleon Maple Plank in water for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
Step 3
Season your pork roast on all sides with the Club House La Grille Maple Bacon Seasoning.
Step 4
Place the seasoned pork roast on the soaked plank. Place the plank onto the grill over direct heat, and insert a meat thermometer, like Napoleon’s PRO Wireless Digital Thermometer, into the thickest part of the meat. Ensure that the probe doesn’t touch bone or plank to get an accurate reading.
Step 5
Grill on the plank over direct heat for 45 to 60 minutes, checking the temperature around the 30-minute mark. You are looking for an internal temperature of 150°F to 155°F. When the pork has reached this temperature, remove it from the grill. Cover it with foil or a bowl to rest for at least 10 minutes where it will finish coming up to temperature of 160°F to 165°F.
Step 6
Serve your pork with sweet potatoes and your favorite veggies.
