Steam Whistle Pilsner Marinade
Perfect for beef

Pour that beer in
- 1 bottle of Steam Whistle Pilsner
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Bone Dust
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- pinch of red chili flakes
Add all ingredients to a glass bowl or measuring cup.
Whisk vigorously until everything is combined.
Marinate according to the meat you are cooking.
Can be saved for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
