Holiday Stuffing

Holiday Stuffing

with Grill Roasted Chestnuts and Sausage

Posted on December 14, 2016
To celebrate Roasted Chestnuts Day, I had to try roasting chestnuts over an open fire. That’s a song isn’t it? Anyway, after roasting a big bag full of these yummy beauties I needed to do something super festive with them. Holiday Stuffing with Grill-Roasted Chestnuts and Sausage seemed like a great way to use these freshly roasted nuts to their fullest potential. This dish is a great side for any roasted poultry based family dinner.

Not fishy, just delish-y!

Salmon Casserole. I know you’re thinking that something’s fishy here, but I can assure you that this easy dinner is super delicious. This meal is hot and comforting. Serve it family style at the table with a selection of seasonable vegetables, or a hearty salad.

Beef Tenderloin

Beef Tenderloin

with Roasted Garlic and Horseradish Crust

Posted on August 16, 2016
There is nothing like preparing a delicious meal with someone you care about and then sharing said meal with a group of friends or family. That’s why I made this Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic and Horseradish Crust. This meal was incredible; a spicy and garlicky crust gave the meat a bite that complimented the tenderloin, which had flavor that was beyond succulent.
