I have been itching to make Homemade Caramel Corn on the Grill for some time, but I’ve always been a little bit scared to try it. After the success of the peanut brittle recipe, I had a little extra confidence and thought why not? So I threw caution to the wind, popcorn in the popper, and butter in the pot. I combined it all to make a sweet, salty, slightly smoky, and totally delicious snack. Needless to say myself and three others have already demolished half of this recipe meant to serve at least twelve.
